The entire package is placed in a sturdy, shock-absorbent box to withstand handling during shipping, and each package is inspected before dispatch to ensure the fixture arrives in pristine, brand-new condition, ready for installation.
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey in real time from our facility to your provided delivery address. Shipping timelines vary based on your geographic location and fixture size: domestic orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, while international orders generally take 8–16 business days for delivery. Extended international timelines are due to mandatory customs clearance procedures, cross-border postal processing, and regional carrier logistics. Please note these are estimated delivery windows, and unforeseen delays may occur due to severe weather conditions, strict customs inspections, peak holiday shipping volumes, postal service backlogs, or disruptions with third-party shipping carriers. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on your delivery location, package weight, and dimensions. Larger fixtures (such as chandeliers) may incur additional shipping fees, which are clearly displayed at checkout. We periodically run free shipping promotions for orders that meet a specified minimum purchase amount; current active promotions are displayed prominently on our website homepage for easy reference. For international customers, all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and local customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These additional charges are not included in the product price or standard shipping cost, and must be paid in full upon package arrival to release the shipment.
